These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Night Pastures website and any booking you make with us. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Bookings & Reservations
- —All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.
- —Bookings are made on behalf of all members of your party. The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms.
- —You must be aged 18 or over to make a booking.
- —Night Pastures reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- —Booking details, including guest numbers, must be accurate at time of booking. Any changes must be agreed in writing.
2. Prices & Payment
- —All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- —A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation.
- —Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled without refund of the deposit.
- —Night Pastures reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before confirmation is issued.
- —Payment is processed securely via our third-party booking platform. We do not store payment card details.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- —Cancellations must be made in writing to camphq@nightpastures.com.
- —Night Pastures strongly recommends you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
- —We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. fire, flood, extreme weather, health and safety concerns). We will provide a full refund but accept no further liability.
4. Site Rules & Guest Conduct
- —Night Pastures operates a strict 10pm noise curfew. Amplified music including portable speakers is strictly prohibited.
- —Night Pastures is on a working family farm. Guests must respect the Country Code at all times — leave no trace, close all gates, and do not disturb animals or habitats.
- —Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- —Vehicles are not permitted on pitches. Please park in the designated parking area.
- —Dogs are welcome in camping areas by prior arrangement only (max 2 dogs per booking). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted in glamping units, bathrooms, or kitchens.
- —Foraging for wood in our ancient woodland is strictly prohibited. Campfires must be in raised fire bowls (minimum 12" from the ground) or designated fire pits.
- —Any guest causing a disturbance, behaving irresponsibly, or breaking site rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
5. Arrival & Departure
Late check-out or early check-in may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance.
6. Liability
- —Night Pastures shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness suffered by guests or their belongings during their stay, except where such loss or injury is caused by our negligence.
- —Guests stay at Night Pastures at their own risk. The site includes uneven terrain, water features, and open fires — guests should exercise appropriate caution.
- —Night Pastures accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- —Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Use of Our Website
- —The content of this website is for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to change, remove, or update content at any time.
- —You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our website without our express written permission.
- —Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
