We’re excited that the Serpent Trail Qigong Group has come to Nightpastures, the natural retreat venue in the heart of the South Downs National Park. To come and join us for this amazing experience in nature please register here
As well as walking in the beautiful surroundings you will be meditating and practising sitting qigong in the new event yurt so please bring something comfortable to sit on, like a zafu or some cushions.
On the walk itself you will practise a mixture of Standing and Moving Qigong, all simple to learn and all taking a lifetime to perfect! Absolutely no previous experience is necessary’ The Qigong takes precedence over walking – this is not a long ramble and certainly not a hike. But good shoes for walking are sensible as conditions underfoot may vary.
All in all the walk, qigong and meditation will last for two hours. And there will be an al fresco picnic afterwards. We will provide some good food, but do please bring something of your own, especially if you have special dietary requirements! Let us know as soon as you can if you are able to come.
If you want to find out more about Simon or the qigong check out his bio.
Please feel free to pass on this information to anybody you feel would like to come too!
