Seasonal Yoga Flow Spring Series
Just as the landscape around us is in constant flow and change so are our lives. Learn to balance, adapt and maximize your energy with the season.
The class is suitable for all levels of ability and will change throughout the year, concentrating on the relevant body parts for each season, along with advice on diet and general wellbeing.
There will be 10 classes this term, with the last class being on 7 July. There will be no class on 1 May during half term. The cost for the term is £100
The class will include:-
- Physical movements – to stretch and tone
- Breath work – to balance and energise
- Ancient techniques – to detox and relax
- Food tips – to eat in season

Seasonal Yoga with offers training, retreats, workshops and classes for teachers, therapists and individuals seeking to benefit from radiant health. The teaching focuses on the seasonal differences in the mind and body, providing a series of daily habits relevant for our modern world. Drawing on the wisdom and techniques from the ancient arts of Yoga, Qigong and Shiatsu.
